Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bzw. eigenständige Bearbeitung von Arbeitsabläufen und
Prozessen nach Prinzipien des Lean Managements
Übernahme von Projekten mit dem Ziel der effizienten Arbeitsgestaltung
Entwicklung und Beschaffung von Modell-Unterkonstruktionen, sowie
Konstruktionen für Formen und Werkzeuge
Erarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Arbeitsplänen

Dein Profil

Studium des Ingenieurswesens z.B.: Maschinenbau, Entwicklungstechnik, Kunststofftechnik, Fertigungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatroniker oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
mindestens Student des 5. Semesters
strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
gute Englischkenntnisse
Kenntnisse der Lean Prinzipien und 3D-CAD Erfahrungen wünschenswert
Kenntnisse der Virtual Basic-Programmierung (Programmiersprache Excel) der polnischen Sprach von Vorteil

Your tasks

Data recording and analysis for the evaluation of manufacturing and assembly processes in the joinery and furniture assembly.
Supporting the design of work processes according to lean management principles
Taking over small projects with the aim of increasing productivity
Fault management in production
Economic feasibility studies and feasibility studies for investment decisions for the machinery or the reorganization of production processes
Development and updating of work instructions and work plans

Your profile

High level of commitment and strong analytical skills
Good MS Office skills
3D-CAD experience desirable
Knowledge of CNC machining or programming desirable
Knowledge of lean principles desirable
Structured, independent way of working and ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of English

Requirements

Degree in engineering (production technology; wood technology or similar)
Industrial engineering or a comparable course of study or training as a wood technician (m/f/d)

The assignment is for at least 3-6 months (full-time). According to the study regulations, the internship, or thesis, is a mandatory part of the study program.
